Pulse!n is back with Episode 15!
Josh and Nick are here to run down the news of the week which included Tokyo's first public manga "library", the Naruto manga coming to an end, a look at Nintendo's 3DS XL, the confirmed release date for Skyrim Dawnguard, the Ringbow Bluetooth gaming peripheral, if Phase Change Memory will replace Solid State Drives, and if there was really a need for Google to call Android 4.1 Jelly Bean.
During the break, Josh gives you your anime and manga releases for the week and they're aren't really that many this time around
When we return, Kenco from Radio Under the Influence stops by to talk Magic 2013 Core Set spoilers, his history with magic, and how the game has changed. A big segment here, but lots of nerd talk and reminiscing that any magic player should enjoy.
Kenco also reminds us of Operation Supply Drop. A charity which donates video games to our armed forces. You can check them out and/or donate here: Operation Supply Drop
Nick and Josh then do a Q&A style review for not one, not two, but three new fan music albums that dropped dealing with Mega Man and Final Fantasy.
The first album is called History Repeating: Blue by The Megas which you can pick up for $10 USD at the following link: http://www.themegas.com/get-equipped-with-stuff/. Note that any pre-orders will not only get you the CD, but also an immediate digital download.
The second is OverClocked Remix's 35th Album Project: Final Fantasy Random Encounter which is a melt-your-face-off style metal album that deals with the original Final Fantasy. If metal isn't your thing, the album also features some techno, chiptune, and dubstep music as well. You can grab that at: http://encounter.ocremix.org/.
The third album is called Rockman World from ChaosLightBlue. The album covers one song each of the five Mega Man games for Game Boy, or as it's known as in Japan, Rockman World. The album is done in a trance style techo that does really well to capture the feeling of the original songs and put their own spin on it. You can grab that one for yourself for free over at: www.bluechaoslight.com/releases/special/rockman-world/.
Also be sure to sign up for our new forums!
